2017 Arts and Crafts Fair

The Homer Davenport Community Festival is now accepting applications for the annual Silverton Hills Strawberry Festival, June 18, 2017, and the 2017 Homer Davenport Community Festival Craft Fair August 4-6, 2017 Friday - Saturday - Sunday, being held in Silverton's Coolidge-McClaine City Park. We have three different applications, depending upon which type of booth you want. Booth spaces are negotiable, in the setting of Coolidge-McClaine Park. Please check out the three sections below to determine which category your booth fits in. Note: The Commercial spots (i.e. the non-food booths) are going to be $150 flat rate, and are allowed on an exception basis. Our first priority is to be an Arts and Crafts Show that is committed to quality, handmade crafts.

Additional Notes:


For Arts and Crafts Vendors, Homer & Strawberry
  • Booth rental for the 3-day Homer Davenport Community Festival is $125.00.
  • Booth rental for the Strawberry Festival is $40. For BOTH - $130
  • Please send (with your application) 3 slides or photos. These need to represent your work to be sold.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors within and work for sale.
  • Payment in full with photos is due with application to participate in fair
  • Any non-accepted applications will be fully refunded.
  • The entrant must provide all booth materials.

    Limited electricity is anticipated to be available again this year for specific booth locations.
    It will be on a "first come-first served" basis, determined by the date we receive your booth application.
    The charge for electricity is $10.00 per booth space.




For the Homer Davenport Community Festival:
  • Please set up your booth between 2pm and 5pm on Thursday, August 4, 2016.
  • Festival hours are Friday 11pm-8pm, Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.



For All Vendors; Homer & Strawberry
  • Vehicles are allowed in park, to load and unload at specified times.
  • Booth spaces are 10 x 10 in the setting of Coolidge-McClaine Park.
  • Materials must be provided by your organization.
  • Booth space will be 10 ft. by 10 ft.
  • Booths that are larger will be charged for 2 spaces.



Please make checks payable to Homer Davenport Community Festival and return to the above address by July 29, 2016. Homer Davenport Community Festival, Silverton Rotary Foundation, and Silverton Rotary Club cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, or injury.
